Under 18 Girls, Junior/Senior/Masters Women & Masters 65+ Men | 4500m

Senior/Masters Men | 6000m

Races from Under 16 and upwards may be amalgamated on the day depending on entry numbers.

Registration: Numbers will be Collected by Club Registrar

Refreshments: Teas/ Coffees etc available on site

Top 12 from each Region
First four (4) club teams in the U11-U19 age group must qualify from the Regional Cross
Country Championships.-Three (3) teams Connaught

Province-12 athletes to run with 6 to score
County, 10 athletes to run with 6 to score
Club, 6 athletes to run with 4 to score
