1-Entry Date on Clubzap is Final, No Late Entries will be accepted. Discuss Entries with your child in advance.
2-Volunteers are required to Officiate on the day to help the smooth and efficient running of the event -No experience is required,Please respond to the Polls in the Groups
3-If your child is entered but cannot make the event, please let the head coach know as soon as possible. Once entered, names are on all the event sheets and time is spent looking for them on the day.
4-If you have to leave early and will miss some events entered, please also let the head coach know.
5-In the case of Relays, if you enter your child for a relay, we will do our best to get a team together but this is dependent on numbers.
Being part of a relay team, it is it very important that your child arrives on time.
In the event of sickness or other absent reasons, please contact the head coach asap so efforts can be made to fill the team or notify the other parents where a team cannot be filled.
